All the programms can consist of a combination of the following offerings:

  • Functional Training – cardio, stability and strength training
  • Flexibility – yoga, stretching and mobilization
  • Relaxation – by using a foam roller, deep tissue massage balls and/or massage techniques
  • Rehab&prehab – in case of an injury, advice and assistance is available
  • Nutrition – advise, information and tips about the use of real, whole, unprocessed and nourishing food
  • Online&offline coaching – to ensure the effectiveness of the programs, you can stay in contact both online and offline to get a answer to your questions
